If you have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder, suspected EDS or HSD, or a complex connective tissue condition, we have a dedicated intake process specifically for you.
Our EDS Coordinator will personally reach out to schedule your appointment, answer your initial questions, and make sure your first visit is set up in a way that respects where you are and what you need.

Before Your First Visit
If you have been putting off making this call, you are not alone. Many of our patients tell us they waited longer than they should have, either because they were not sure we could help or because they were tired of explaining their situation to one more provider.
You do not need to have the perfect explanation ready. You do not need test results in hand or a clear diagnosis or the right words to describe what is happening. Just show up and tell us what you know. We will take it from there.
If you are nervous about the appointment, that is normal. Most of our patients walk in a little guarded and leave saying they wish they had come in sooner.

Any relevant imaging, MRI reports, or diagnostic results, along with a list of your current medications and supplements.

Insurance Card
If applicable. Note that some of our services, including FSM, are cash pay only. We will discuss this clearly before any treatment begins so there are no surprises.
